Types of delivery
- Delivery to DPD, Omniva, Venipak package machines.
- Delivery by a DPD, Omniva, Venipak courier.

1. Delivery to DPD, Omniva or Venipak package machines
As soon as your package is delivered to an Omniva or DPD package machine, you will receive an announcement via the mobile phone number that you indicated. You can receive the package within seven days after the announcement. Click on the button "Receive your package" on the terminal screen, and then enter the code that you receive via your mobile phone or E-mail address.
2. Delivery by a courier
Choose this option if you want the courier to deliver the package to your home. If at least one package weighs more than 30 kg, the courier will only help to unload the package from the vehicle, but he will not help to carry it to the desired place.
3. International deliveries
Deliveries to European Union member states and elsewhere are made by the Venipak or DPD Group courier services. The fee will depend on the size of the package.

Return and exchange of goods
Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, you can use the right to refuse or exchange goods purchased in the online store. If for some reason you are unable to return the product to us within the above terms, please contact us. In this case, any return or exchange of goods is at our discretion. Once your shipped item arrives at our warehouse, we will send you a replacement item or make a full refund for the returned item using your original payment method. The terms of the refund depends on the method of payment and return you make, but is no more than 14 (fourteen) working days from the moment the returned goods arrive at our warehouse.

After processing your request, we will contact you to agree on the terms of the return or replacement of goods. We try to process all requests within 1-3 business days from the date of receipt of the application.
Result of using the right of Termination
- Please take into account that at the time of receipt of the goods, E.T.R TRADE SIA has the right to record possible visual damage and the compliance with the set. If E.T.R TRADE SIA detects unsatisfactory visual look and / or set compliance of the goods at the time of receipt, you will be informed about this and receive a copy of the statement of identification and / or a notification.
- All parcels using courier services or parcels sent via parcel terminals must be packed in the original packaging provided by the manufacturer or in such packaging that will protect the goods during transportation.
- In case of sending unpackaged goods, the sender is responsible for any damage that may occur during the transfer (for example, scratches and stains).
- In the event that the sender has complied with the packaging requirements, the carrier is liable for possible damage that may arise during transportation and handling.
- In case of withdrawal from this agreement, we pay you the amount received from you for the product (s), incl. delivery charges (excluding the additional cost incurred if you have chosen a delivery method that is not our standard and cheapest one), without undue delays and in any case no later than 14 days from the moment we were informed about your withdrawal from this agreement.
- A refund is issued using the same payment method used in the initial order, unless you have specified it otherwise. In any case you are not a subject to any fees required for a refund.
- We may delay payment until we receive the goods or you provide confirmation that the goods have been sent back, whichever performs first.
- You will have to cover the direct costs of returning the goods (the maximum payout if the goods cannot be sent back by mail may be approximately 30 EUR).
All personal information provided to E.T.R TRADE SIA will only be used to execute the procedure for the right to refuse the goods and yours, as a customer - identification, in accordance with the Regulation on the protection of personal data Nr. 2016/679 and the privacy policy of E.T.R TRADE SIA .
